How much is the balloons & flowers delivery fee?
The site will calculate the shipping cost when you place your order. You will need to select a city (locality) at the time of ordering
How far in advance should I place an order?
It is better to make sure that your order was planned in advance. Delivery on the day of the order is possible, provided that there is a free space and all the goods for the order are in stock. Factors like traffic volume, distance, and special events can affect the time of delivery.
For same-day delivery, place your order at least 4 hours before the selected store’s closing time.What kinds of balloons & flowers do you deliver? Is there a limit to the quantity I can order?
We'll deliver any balloon & flowers we sell in our store. There's no limit, other than available inventory.
What are some balloon accessories or extras I can order?
You can choose something from the Gifts section and add to your order.
What payment methods do you offer?

How long can I expect balloons to last?
With Hi-Float sealant, helium-filled latex balloons have a float time of up to 18 hours indoors. When ordering latex balloons, you should always request delivery on the day of the party. Foil balloons can remain afloat for several weeks.
Is Hi-Float included in the cost of my order?
Yes! Hi-Float sealant is applied to any helium-filled latex balloon you order.
What happens to my order when you attempt delivery and the recipient is not at home?
If the recipient is not at their home when a delivery is attempted we will leave the order outside the door/somewhere safe with customer approval. The driver will phone the recipient to let them know a delivery has been left for them (this is why it is important to provide a recipient phone number).
